Combine cheerios, raisins (or any other dried fruit), mini marshmallows, goldfish crackers, and semi sweet chocolate chips. I put mine in a big pitcher and scoop out portions with a big spoon. It's quick, inexpensive, and the kids love the perfect mix of sweet and salty. It also keeps for LONG time if you keep it in an airtight container.

Also dried cranberries would be a good addition. They are good for the kidneys.

Yummy! I tend to forget about putting in Cheerios or other cereal. My kids also like dried cherries, dried pineapple, and chopped dried apricots. Cheez-its are good too.

Or mini pretzels! There are so many possibilities.

We do that and call it 'end of the line' snack, because it uses the last of the stuff left over from the week. It can have pretzels, popcorn you name it...we just throw it into a foodsafe plastic bag and shake it up, so easy!
