Plain and simple: What are the licensing requirements in the state of Texas when there are several kids with lice and one with live bugs? I do not feel that the daycare my daughter is at is doing what they should be to address the issue and protect the other families that do not have the problem (yet).

I am just curious about a daycare's obligations as technically, lice is contagious or can be spread and become a rather messy and expensive outbreak, not only for the daycare but for tons of parents. Not only do you have to treat the childs hair, but you also have to pretty much treat your whole house as well if you really want to do it right and it is a time consuming and somewhat expensive experience that takes a big toll on the family that has to deal with it.
