Default Sickness and Policy

Hello,

I'm a new in home daycare that just got my first full timer a couple months ago. So, I'm still learning the ropes of owning my own business. I have a question regarding the dcg coming sick. She came today with a raspy sound in her chest from the tons of congestion (which I noticed yesterday and told dad but seems worse today) and it seems like she's had a runny nose (clear) since I have had her but today it's lightly green. I'm wondering because my policy states that she can only come with a "clear" runny nose and now that it's green should I send her home? I am a little concerned about the sound from her chest because you can hear it when she breaths.

Please help!! Thank You!
