What temp do you require a winter coat.

I don't have a temp requirement, but if they are too cold, I call for pick up, refuse drop off, use extras, or tell parents to take child and come back prepared. Depends on the family/day/kid.

I don't really have a specific temp either but if they think it's cold enough for mittens, I'd say it's cold enough for a winter coat as well.
It also depends on the age of the child too. Older ones can tell me if they are too cold but the littles don't have a clue until it's too late.

When it changes from Fall weather to Winter weather (that's now around these parts).
I have extras, but I don't want to have to pull them out all the time, so I do require that parents bring coats.
I do supply outdoor shoes though and also outdoor pants. I don't want to have to clean their shoes off before they go home, so I find it easier just to use my own and then they can dry overnight.
