AnythingsPossible 01:59 PM 05-15-2018
Over the past few years my numbers have steadily declined. Our market is heavily saturated in providers and sparsely saturated with children. I currently find myself looking at three openings in July. If I can not fill the slots, I will be looking at outside employment. I have very good relationships with my current families and they all (seem) to be fairly level headed. I am considering telling them that there is a possibility I will be closing my business if I can not find new clients. One, I want to give them a heads up so they can make a contingency plan and two, I am hoping if they know the possible outcome they may be more inclined to help bring new business. I don't want to upset them, but I don't want to surprise them either. Thoughts??
