Ok so I was cleaning dcg's face and I saw a good-sized red dot on her cheek. Thought it was food, but I didn't serve anything red. I'm pretty sure it's Tylenol!!! I have an extremely strict illness policy and this is grounds for termination if she starts running a fever later today. Mom posted on FB yestersay that dcg wasn't feeling well. I asked her about it and she said that dcg didn't run a fever yesterday and just slept a long time. I was like ooookkkk. I hate to assume though but I'm going to be so pissed if she starts running a fever later today...

Oh man! I hate when you are 90% sure someone is being dishonest with you and all you can do is wait to see how it plays out. I've had two parents texting me different stories about their not sick/ sick baby at the same time. If you're going to try and fool me then at least get your story straight!

Watch closely for symptoms of course but I would just tell the parents that if it was in fact Tylenol he should have stayed home and that this won't happen again. If they get super defensive you have your answer.
I hope the child just ate a popsicle or something for breakfast at home.
