If a child gets diagnosed with RSV and you care for another infant and a 1 yr old when do you allow the child back into daycare?

So I have seen some dentrimental long last effects of RSV and my own child is the 1 year old. I know that it says that they can return to childcare after the fever subsides, but would any of you make them stay out for a month to avoid the possible infection. I am so nervous about this, because the effects I have seen from RSV and do not want my own child let alone anyone elses child have to go through that.

We just had a couple of dcks with RSV and they were out a day or two after the fever just to be safe. I think a month seems definitely long and I would fear they would just find care elsewhere.
