The kids all gave me their head colds and I was so stuffy today I googled home remedies for a stuffy nose. I know this is odd but. It really DID work. I did jumping jacks for under a minute and it cleared it!!

That is so weird. I am curious as to how long the stuffiness went away for. It's one thing to do jumping jacks every hour or so, but every 5 minutes might not be worth it

No, it actually lasted a while! Long enough so that I could nap while the kiddies did. I wish I knew about this when I was pregnant cus I was miserable for months!
