I provide all of the diapers for my babies, which adds up to a pretty significant total. I spent $1,200 on diapers alone this year. Would I claim that number under supplies, or should I put that on a separate line?

If by including diapers with other Supplies, your supply expenses are many times more than any other expense line, I'd put diapers on it's own line on the back of Schedule C.
