We are switching our pm snack to supper as the reimbursement is so much more. I know that the requirements are the same as for lunch, so I need all 5 items in the afternoon. They need to be quick prep and cold as I work 8am to about 2pm. Milk is the easy one, ha ha. I did think of a few:
PBJ, carrot sticks, orange slices, milk
Wheat Thins, celery, raisins, cheese cubes, milk
Roll w/ham & spinach, apples slices, milk
Yogurt w/granola & berries, carrot or cucumber coins, milk
Cracker w/pb (or sunbutter), kiwi or pear, pea pods or green beans, milk
