I had the same problem the other day. I kept putting in the correct answer and it kept rejecting it. One answer was a president's name and I even typed in the full name, then just the last name and then just the initials and it still would not accept it....so frustrating

! I had to close out a few times and totally start over until I got to a question that it finally accepted my answer on; it took a few times but I eventually got there. ..Sorry I can't help more

At least I know the most Southeastern State is Florida.....hahaha....

...That's the same question I got that eventually let me retrieve my password. ...Glad you got back in
