Nope.
If you work alone and have a GF license you can have up to 8 kids, but 2 of them must be SA and 2 of them may be under 2yo. If you enroll in 9 kids, you MUST have an assistant. If you have an assistant you may have 4 kids under 2yo. You may have 12 infants if you work with five assistants.

Alot has changed since 2011.
I'm sure at the time the poster you quoted wrote her post, it was that way.

No you cannot... the limit is 4 unrelated; you better look up the regulations - they changed many years ago
