So I had an interview tonight... I probably went in with low expectations, and I guess that's a good thing in this case. They want 1-5:30 three days a week. When I mentioned 5:30 was the absolute latest... he said, oh... I'd have to request a shift change or leave 20 mins early to make it by 5:30. They also said she was a night owl, so she eats lunch at 2, and naps, "when she's sleepy". They want me to keep that schedule for her and not be forced into a routine.
Also, they said no discipline is needed as she's a GREAT baby. Um, she's over there pulling on the dogs tail and ripping toys out of my son's hands at the moment? I asked if they redirect for unwanted behavior, and they said, no - she's very well behaved, she just likes to explore.
They were here an hour and it started at 7... my kids usually go to bed at 7:30. She was cute though.
