"Miss Laura, Max gave me the finger!" (as a positive thing) ...
I have been letting the kids play with my pointer that I use for circle time (it has a hand on the end with the pointer finger sticking out). Two of them were counting at the calendar with it, and apparently one game it to the other one for their turn.

My almost 2yo dck says "What fox?" for what does the fox say, and it sounds like a naughty saying. The kids are always like "OOOOHHH!" and I have to interpret.

Haha, yes, the things we find ourselves saying to the kids is equally funny. I think I had to tell one kid yesterday to "stop pulling your friends' toes" ...
ETA: Now that I re-read your post, I think I misunderstood, but oh well ...
