I like #1. Just an instinct, no particular reason. I see #2 is a short sale, those can be tricky, but I liked that one also. Winter Park is nice, my folks lived in Casselberry for a few years. Is Paco's restaurant still there?
Those are all nice houses! Good luck with the search! I almost bought a historic home near Lake Eola years ago, couldn't take O Town traffic.

I would choose #1 too but it is a contingency sale and they're taking back up offers so most likely #1 isn't even an option. Next I would choose 3 or 4. Short sales can be complicated. However, #4 is part of an HOA which I'm personally against so i would have to choose #3 if I had to choose one of those 4.

We just bought our house for the daycare
be careful with the hoa. They may not allow a home occupancy business.
