Anyone have to change the behavior guidance approach with the different temperments and backgrounds of the children?

Or is it always a one size fits all approach with behavior guidance. Because I am finding what works for one child does not work for the next. I don't have a lot of children with similar temperments (it is a diverse group, with diverse parenting styles)

Some parents give there two year old too much entitlement (especially for the age), and then some parents are very very strict with there children.

I have a entitled sort of child here that needs a more strict like approach or they are a holy terror at circle or story etc. Then I have a child who has the strict parent that I have to have the choices, love and logic type approach because of power struggles. I feel bad I cannot have that approach all the time with the other but if I do the choice thing they just get all the attention and nothing gets done and or they hurt the person next to them.....It is frustrating.
