Parents get tax deduct from using daycare service. What about we who are operating home daycare and also take care off our own child(ren)? Can we get childcare expenses deduct? If yes, how does it work?

No; US law does not allow for that.

If you pay to put your child in someone elses childcare to meet ratios or to have them learn from someone else Then you can take the childcare credit. It you put your child in an after school program because you can not pick up then yes that qualifies... But summer camp does not qualify and no YOU having your child in your childcare does not mean you can take the credit for childcare
