do you wet them first and let them dry before they play with them so they get hard? It looks like it. Cute idea! My kids always play with the jenga blocks at my grandparents!

I've cut sponges before, and scissors work just fine. Just draw a line so you don't cut crooked!

I LOVE this!! I think my Kindergarteners would be occupied for quite awhile with these. You could also cut notches in the bottom so they "click" in to the one below. Did that make sense?

used scissors hadnt thought of wettening them and then letting them dry might try that. im going to cut other shapes rather than sticks if they like them

made perfect sense.might be to much for my 2s. but when i make the setfor the preschool room i might put notches in
