I am new to home daycare i haven't receive my license yet still going through the process. I will be doing my finger print/back ground check monday. I live in illinois and my rep stated that she will be out sometime next month just wanted to know what i should expect. Is there something i could do to be prepared. Thanks in advance

Just go through the licensing standards and make sure everything is in compliance.

There's a new requirement this year that all daycare facilities, including homes, get a radon test every three years. It's my understanding that homes can use one of test kits sold in stores, but centers have to have a professional radon company do the test.
