I am thinking about subscribing to Minute Menu Kids since I have more than one child now. I really need a better way to track payments. Just want to know is it easy to use and wroth the money? Do they give you any training's on how to use the site correctly. Right now I am using the free site.

Although they don't do trainings it's actually not too hard to use. I use it and I love it. What I recommend (but you don't HAVE to do) is get Tom Copeland's book called Family Child Care Record Keeping Guide or at least have a solid idea of how record keeping for family child care works so that when you enter all of your info into the program you know what time/space % is and how that all works and ties together with MMK pro. It keeps track of EVERYTHING!!

I get it free through the food program but would pay the money to use it if I didn't. I LOVE it and it works great for accounting purposes (I invoice through them online).

I get it free through the food program. Are you on the food program? If so, does the agency you go through offer Minute Menu? I love it.

Thanks everyone for the information. I will read up on time share% ect... because I never used it at all and this is my first time I opened in Dec of 2012. I am on a food program through Acdkids and I use minute menu to record meals (that's free) but I don't think I can keep using all of the other stuff unless I pay for it.

I would ask your food program sponsor. Most of us get it free or at a reduced price through the food program! I had to pay $10, but I would pay full price if I had to! Also, I am basically computer illiterate and I have figured out how to use the program....lol

I was using the MMK long before I joined a food program. My only regret was merging the two accounts into 1. I may have lost a lot of data, but I really haven't checked to make sure.

Our food program does not pay or subsidize the program. They provide the food program portion but we have to pay full price to use the rest. But again, worth every penny.

I am the same way. I have 2 accounts because I started using MMK before the food program did. I looked into merging the accounts and MMK told me that I would lose all of my historical data. So instead I keep 2 separate accounts.
