This is my first year doing daycare and have always had issues with my licensing Surveyor. She is never at her office when I call, never responds back to emails, rude and doesn't even acknowledge me if we pass in public. I'm starting to feel like there's some personal issues against me which ive only know her for less than a year and have only spoken to her twice since doing daycare. I just feel like if she isn't going to do her job and help with upcoming daycare providers what the point in her being my surveyor and get someone else who will guide me through my first year. Is there somewhere I can report her actions(lack there of) and get a different person.
