Hi! My application was just received and I'm off to get live scanned and prepare for the home inspection.
I'm in California, Ventura county.
Im most nervous about the stairs. They are gates to and bottom but or only bathroom is upstairs. Does anyone have experience with that? Also, if we all eco friendly non harsh Cleansers and soaps do we need them to be locked up?
Do they inspect the toys thoroughly? I'm nervous I've missed something.

It seems that every inspector is different. Mine focused on mostly paperwork.
Our bathroom is upstairs too, but that wasn't a big deal. I have a gate at the bottom to stop them going up and a door at the top that shuts and had a childproof lock on both sides. If you don't have a door, you need a gate at the top, too.
I did not have my toys inspected. But if they seem dangerous, I'm sure they will inspect every one closely.

What kind of paperwork should I have prepared? The only thing I can think of is my property papers is there something else?
