I have about a myriad of questions on this! I can't find much information anywhere. Shouldn't there be a gov't site with all the info on it? We are, supposedly, going to be required to be on it within 11 months. As an extremely small business owner I need to know NOW how it will be affecting me. I have one employee - me. In the future I probably will not employ over one or two part-time assistants.
How does the Obamacare affect me and where do I get information on this? Can Tom or anyone else help me with this matter?

I've written an article on this:

Basically, providers who have employees will
not have to offer health insurance to their employees under the ACA. There are tax credits for employers who do offer health insurance. Starting in 2014 everyone but low income tax payers will have to get health insurance or pay a fine.

Thanks, everyone. I eventually figured out I would not have to pay health insurance, however, I do not have it myself, so may have to quit daycare just because I don't make enough to pay for the health insurance. I guess it all depends upon where they put the limits..... Until I qualify for Medicare or unless I qualify for Medicaide, looks like I may be in trouble.
I will definitely check out the links, BC. Thanks!
