My 22 mo is sooooo naughty. We spend most of the day laughing at his antics. Of course, we don't let him see us laugh. He has the cutest woody wood pecker laugh and he laughs all day long. He NEVER, EVER, whines and rarely cries.

So far, in the past two hours, he decorated his mom's sign i/o sheet with the pen (he had to climb on top of the piano to get to it). He then put the pen under the piano when I caught him. I also discovered where the last several disappeared to.

He got a hold of dh's cell phone and called granddaughter.

He rubbed his hand's in dcg's hair and filled it with snarls. He loves her hair, she doesn't appreciate his love. I tell him a dozen times a day, "NO touch."

He snuck out the front door behind me (I saw him) and started playing in my water fountain, splashing the water everywhere. I was hanging the hummingbird feeder.

He chased both cats up the stairs. It's gated so he couldn't follow and the cats aren't afraid of him.

He climbed up to the table and totally squished dcg's doughnut (special treat today) into crumbs and then laughed. DCG didn't care as she didn't want it.

I had to chase him around the house for several minutes to change his dirty diaper. He's a fast runner and you can go in circles all around my downstairs.

Dh sat a soda on his table next to the sofa and went into the kitchen. DCB climbed up on the sofa and drank about 1/4 of it before I caught him. None of the other kids have touched dh's soda.

I keep a closer eye on him than all the others combined. I spend most of my day saying, "NO climbing." "NO touching." "Leave the kitties alone." I wonder why I am so tired on the days he's here........

Lol, I have a 19 month old boy here that is about the same. When he gets a little taller, I'm in huge trouble! He's a squirm worm too...holding him is like trying to hold water with a spatula. Good luck with your little naughty!

Gotta love the toddler years! This is one very active little stinker though huh? He must need a constant shadow. Good luck!

Wow, I'm exhausted just reading all of that! At least you laugh at him instead of being frustrated.

When my son was growing up, I worked from home and had to know my toddler was not getting into trouble. So I kept him in a large open space I could watch, where I spread out a bunch of toys, fat coloring crayons and some to-be-colored-pictures. I just printed off some sheets from a couple of places like these

I retained some of these pages with random colorful lines on them - not art, but definitely lovely memories!

I've had this child. She's about to turn 4 and go off to pre-k, and she is still like this. She isn't bad or mean, she is just curious and busy and never still. She had been here get whole life, so she thinks this is home and is completely comfortable. I spend twice ad much time keeping an eye on her as my toddlers.
