Forgive me, it's Friday night 
But was it here some place that I saw someone had done translucent pony bead sun catchers? I wanted to make some with the kids but it sounds like a very smelly project that can't be good to breathe in; it involves melting the beads and must give off fumes? If I'm not losing it and am actually right about having seen this here, can someone tell me more about it? Thanks!

I have made them recently and the smell was there but honestly was not a big deal. I did it on the weekend and opened the windows just in case.

In the comments it talked about using a toaster oven outside or a grill. Totally doing this for mother's day gifts.

I tried them last year and was happy that my oven was upstairs away from the kids. Not something I would want to do around the kids without windows open, even though it's not horrible.
