Default MMK, Can't Generate Reports, Print or Etc

Like my title says, I can't open reports or print anything.

All of my parents are asking for end of year tax stuff and I can't open any reports to even print them off.

I have been trying to call MMK and emailed them almost 2 weeks ago. I have called and left voice mail messages, still no return calls.

is anyone else having this issue??

would love some help fixing this if anyone knows how.

currently I can only do my daily food claims for the food program.

My MMK is working fine.

Last time I had an issue though I had to check for an update. Click on the "file" in the upper left corner of the welcome screen and choose "check for updates" in the drop down menu. Solved my issues.

A friend of mine had to uninstall and then reinstall her MMK software to fix an issue she was having.

Otherwise, I don't have a clue.

Are you getting any messages or error reports on the screen telling you anything....what is it doing? What can you do on it? Anything?

Did you pay for your program or is it provided by the food program?

I think the versions are different.

MMK and MMK Pro

I had that problem but it was with Adobe Reader and not MMK. Had to Uninstall and re-install it.

My adobe has been acting up today. Freezing, etc.. Had to do the same.

it is pro....BINGO that was it.... I guess I needed to re-install adobe.

you guys should be getting paid by their tech support.....it's been almost 2 weeks and I still have not had anyone from there call or email me back.
