Don't parents know that our day doesn't end when their kids go home?
Drop-in dcm was 20 minutes late last night
Never sent a text to ask if it was alright. I had to text her and remind her that pick-up need to be done prior to closing at 5:30.
Shows up at 5:48. "Im sorry, we had a client come in at 5:15." Not my problem, lady.
