Daycare Center and Family Home Forum>Father's Day Ideas Anyone?

I know it is a little early but I am looking for Father's Day craft ideas. I waited until the last minute at Mother's Day and then felt rushed so I am trying to be more prepared this time. The craft needs to be simple because my kids are all pretty young: 9 months, 14 months, 15 months, 20 months, and 2.5 yrs. Any suggestions??

I saw something really easy but cute. Cut out 2 hands of the child. Make a zigzag piece of paper in the center to open like a book and write "I love you this much" on the zigzag part.

I bought some decorate-your-own foam pictures frames that the kids will decorate and I'll add a picture of them. I was thinking of also doing a clay sculpture/paper weight with the words "Dad Rocks" inserted and decorated with gems, stones, etc. I'm hoping to find some plastic letters like the magnetic ones to make it easier for the younger ones.

One that I did a few years ago was a T-shirt for dad. I bought some cheap white T-shirts and iron-on transferred a hand print poem onto the back. Then I put different colors of fabric paint onto plates and let the kids "stamp" their hand prints all over the shirt. They turned out really great!

Last year they did mugs. I traced their hands and they were made into a fish.

This year, I have no plans. I'm subbing to this thread.

I need to figure something out too. One of my dcm's told me last night that she had already bought a card, so I needed to have the kids make him something he can use on his desk, preferably baseball related. Uh huh. As soon as I get a thank you for the Christmas gifts I helped them make for their entire extended family, the handmade Easter basket you asked me to make, the Mother's day gifts, and the birthday cards for various cousins, I'll get right on it. (Yes, I did all of that voluntarily and happily, but a thank you or even a comment on whether everyone liked it would be nice. )
