I received more than one written notice from a daycare parent. I contract states a 2 week notice. she gives me a 30 day written notice, then a week later she gives me a 2 week notice. Witch notice is legally binding?

If she gave you a 2 week notice and all you require is a 2 week notice, then that's really all she owes you.
