I understand as a parent that we should never be too careful when choosing a daycare for our precious little ones.
I would like to hear something positive about home day care facilities for a change.
I run a day care facility at home caring for five children. We are not all bad you know. I stick to the rules most vehemently and i so enjoy the children.
I have had some unbelievable incidences with children being dropped off in deplorable conditions, who regulates the parents?

Protective services if the children are being seriously neglected. Otherwise there is not much you can do other than mention it to the parents.
