What does your schedule look like? I have a 6 month, 14 month, and 3 year old. How to fit it all in? How to get them all on the same nap schedule?

I have a 7 wk, 14 mon & 2 1/2 yr, but not all at the same time. My schedule changes daily depending on who is here. However, I go by the schedules the parents want them on, so say when the 14 mon & 2 1/2 yr is here, as they will be tomorrow, the 14 mon will nap at 10-12, eat, & nap again at 2-4. The 2 1/2 yr will eat at the same time, but here nap is afternoon only from 1-230 or 3, if even that as she is starting to grow out of them more and more. The newborn has no schedule, he just eats & sleeps when he wants.

My kids range in age from 9 months to almost 3. The almost 3 year old is mine, though. For kids who nap twice a day I try to do naps at 9 and at 1. Lunch is at 12:30. And naps for everyone on only one nap a day is at 1. This seems to work out pretty well for everyone. The littlest babies don't have a schedule at all, but as they reach 9-12 months I start easing them into the schedule I want everyone on.

I currently have a 3 month old, 10 month old (mine), 18 month old, 26 month old and my 6 year old is here before and after school. They are all here every day and our day starts when the 18 month old comes at 6:20 and ends when the 3 month old leaves at 4:45. The only things that we have set times forare naps at 8:30 for the youngest 2, lunch at 11:15 for everyone, and diapers and naps immedietly following (everyone is normally asleep by 12:10). My daughter gets off of her bus around 3 and that is when we have a snack. Of course I have 3 under two and the baby seems to be on an every other day eat/sleep schedule for some reason so nothing is set in stone, I just go off of their cues.

I have a 2 dc kids ages 9 months old and 15 months old, then my little girl who will be 3 years old in November, and my 2 boys who are 7 and 10 who are in school all day. Here is what our daily shecdule is:

8:00am-8:30am- arrive, breakfest, diaper changes
8:30am-10:30am- play time, (9 month old eats at 9:30am)
10:30am-11:00am- clean up, diaper changes
11:00am-11:30am- Lunch time (9month old lays down at 11am)
11:30am-1:30pm- nap time
1:30pm-2:00pm- Diaper changes, and snack (9month old eats bottle)
2:00pm-5:00pm- play time, (diaper changes at 3:30) (9month old eats bottle 3:30 and then naps 4pm to 5pm)
5:00pm-5:30pm- clean up, diaper changes, dismassil

I had to cut the babies morning nap out to get him to sleep during afternoon nap I stopped giving him morning nap at 6 months old some with 14 month old when he was 6 months I cut morning nap and had them down to 2 naps a day instead of 3 and at 12 months I cut it down to 1 nap a day.
