Hello everyone, I just have a quick question. I read the D.C.F.S guidelines and it says that I could have 8 children under the age of 5 enrolled with an assistant under 18 years old. And 3 out of the 8 kids could be under 24 months. My question is, would I be able to have all of them enrolled even though my assistant goes to school ?? and comes home around 3:00 pm... Thanks !!

No, if the regs say that you can only have that many with an assistant, then the assistant would have to be present for the whole time that you have 8 children in your care.
