How do you collect payments for your day care center? Are you just cash/check only? Do you swipe credit cards? Are you using an online software? What are your pain points for your current billing process?

I've always accepted either check or cash. Cash only for drop-ins. Lately, I was considering adding the CASH app for parents who have asked to submit payments via credit or debit.

I would love to know what you decide to use. Maybe I could give it a try too.

Nothing hi-tech for me, just cash or checks.

I currently have 3 children in my care, they all pay via Paypal. That is my preference. Cash would be my second choice. Since I'm small, it's easy for me to keep track of everything and it beats keeping track of cash payments!

My clients pay via e-transfer (from their bank account to mine, via email). It's safe, secure, both parties get a reference number, and it takes no more than 30 minutes.
