I'm currently working with a few people to create a child care service for parents. We are surveying parents though to better understand their needs for child care. I wouldn't ask their income and if I was answering it, I wouldn't give out my income. I think that is too personal a question. I probably wouldn't answer the first question either but I might. What does it matter?

Other than that, the questions look okay.
