Mine is 7:30 to 4:30. It just happens that all my kids leave by 4:30. I do have one boy t/th till 5:15.

Currently my hours are 6am-6pm. I don't really like it, but I had to fill spots
When I have my first drop-off /last pick-up clients leave daycare, I'll try to reduce hours then.

mine weren't listed (7-5) so I voted for the closest of 6:30am-5pm.
I was always 7:30-5 but just this Sept. bumped it down to 7am for a new baby. I was concerned I wouldn't fill my 3 open spots and I had to start getting up early for DD's new school schedule this year anyway so it wasn't really a big deal.

Mine's not listed, I'm open 6 am - 6 pm, but I work 10-6. My assistant opens for me and works until 3 pm.

I voted more than 12 hours but really is not that much. I am open 6:00 am -6:15Pm. However, I specialize in school age and right now all of them only come on a as needed bases in the morning (last month had 1 child 1 day in the morning) so really I am only working from 1:40 (12:40 on Wednesday min days) when I leave to start the pick ups until 6:15 except for school holidays and the last day the children had a in service day the earliest child arrived at 8:30.

My first shift is 6:30-5:30 and then I have a child second shift who arrives at 2:30 and gets picked up at 12:00. I have it in my policy that all my doors are locked, the baby monitor is on, and I sleep at night after she's in bed. Works out well.

Lol, yep. Go to sleep @ 11:30 and if I have a drop off or pick up early (before 7:30a) the child traditionally is back to bed as am I. My dh is licensed as my assistant and is an early riser and makes wonderful breakfast. I do have currently two that get picked up around 3a but I just go immediately back to sleep. um...do you sleep?

I work primarily with military parents. My hours are actually 6 am- 6 pm. If I opened any later than that they wouldn't make it to work.

I started off as 6a-6p...then 6 years ago switched to 7a-6p. M-F. Now my standard hours are 7:00-5:30, with earlier & later for an extra fee. I am licensed 6am-midnight.
I am one of TWO licensed daycares with a second shift in a 3-city area (total population of 25-30K). I get calls for second shift about once every 2 years. I'll do it *if* the situation is right, and I have to really, really like the family.

When I started, I used to have 6-5:30, then everyone started coming earlier and arriving later for pick up!!
We moved and now I am 7:15-4:30
I used to have 7:30-4:30, til one of my teachers received a new job, and she had to be there earlier..

Summer time I start at 5:45 to 5:15 most days. Now that school is in I am quite slow and am watching kids from 1pm to 5pm. I am enjoying the quiet though since I have my own 7 month old spend one on one time with.

most of my kids are gone by 430. But i do have one who could be here as late as 6 sometimes but usually 5

My first comes at 5 AM twice a week, it was everyday, but he now spends the night with his grandparents 3 nights a week. He generally gets picked up between 4:30 and 5:15.
Daughter #2 gets home about 5:30, then stays for dinner 3 or 4 nights a week. When they stay, they don't leave until about 7PM.
I don't care how early they come, I just like them gone by 5:30 so I can get dinner on the table.

mine are 6-6 M-F and I do offer Sat for an additional fee for a few parents who work retail. It is a long day but I have a great group and I still have time left to be with my family in the evenings.
