The DCK's most requested favorite is crepes with fresh strawberries and whipped cream!

Sometimes, they will ask for rainbow pancakes or blueberry or banana pancakes too but crepes remain their all time favorite.

Banana Pancakes are the favorite regardless of the side I choose. I cut them into shapes (hearts, flowers, etc.) Yogurt parfaits with granola, fresh fruit & whip cream run a close 2nd!

Now I want pancakes, haha. Thanks for all of your answers. I'm trying to get some good suggestions for servings beakfasts, since it's a new thought for me (I had always just figured I wouldn't be doing it).

For those of you that serve a lot of pancakes ... do you make up a large batch and then freeze them?

I do. I make a bunch and then just toast them when we have pancakes.

that's how I do everything, I usually make waffles for my kids/fam on a weekend morning and make a giant batch and then pop them in freezer bags with a little contact paper in between each.

I don't use box mixes or buy packaged foods often.

My DKC's love oatmeal with blueberries. My OWN will not touch it, so I often make TWO breakfasts.

A favorite of everyone is french toast and patty sausage. I also do biscuits and gravy about every 6 weeks, and that is a huge hit with them.
