I am in the process of writing my policy handbook for my licensing and i'm at a little bit of a loss on how to word things. I'm very much a get to the point type of person, but I feel like my handbook needs to be a bit wordier... The sample policy from the DCF website feels so cold and sterile. i'm looking for something with a bit less of a "contract" feel. Anyway want to share with me their book?
