Just wondering how everyone does this:
Do you have a one contract/handbook that handles everything (financial, hours, policies...) or a contract for financial and handbook for everything else?

I have a handbook that the parents have to read over that includes my policies, rates, hours, etc...basically everything about my childcare, but I do have a separate contract. My contract states that parent/guardian(s) agree to all terms and conditions set forth in the handbook so it covers everything and it also has their rate of pay and their child/ren's contracted hours on it.
