Would do you start advertising now for fall spots? I usually only hold a spot 2 weeks but I don't want to wait until middle of August to start advertising. I have three full time spots I'll be filling.

Maybe not charge for holding as long as they are starting early September?

I'm going to be filling at least one of the two open spots I will have for fall and I plan to start advertising about mid-late July.

Yes, now is a good time to start. Summer is so slow!

Do you teach a preschool program?

I do at my house and I run it off the typical school year...

I advertise all year long form Jan to July. I take a flat rate deposit of $150.00 to hold the spot for each child. Usually I am booked at the time that I take the interviews, but know that I will have kids go off to Kindy and will have spots open in the fall.

This year I only had one opening for the fall and I have 9 families that want it...... I love it when I have my pick and don't have to go looking....lol

I also do have several add out that run all year long..
