Dcb (3) complaining of ear ache but doesn't have fever? Hes a drop in kid so I regularily don't have him, not sure if this is a rouse or if it truely could be ear infection... hate to call parents as they didn't bring him yesterday due to stomach bug... suggestions?

If he was out with a stomach bug yesterday, he probably should go home, just to be safe.
Personally, if a child mentions they are in pain more than once, I alert parents. If they can't participate for any kind of "I dont feel good" complaints, I send home.
