Do you use the web version or the downloadable version for your meal planning? I downloaded the free trial a while back, but the lady who came yesterday said most people use the web version. Just curious which you all use.

I actually use both. I have 2 seperate MMK accounts. I did the free trial originally and then purchased the full version and was using that. Then, when I switched sponsors for the food program, they were unable to merge my existing account with the new sponsoring account without me losing my accounting records that I had spent countless hours entering. I wasn't willing to do a year's worth of data entry all over again so I just have 2 separate accounts now. I use the web version strictly for recording meals served and submitting claims to my sponsor. I use the downloaded version for accounting, attendance, and menu planning. It comes preloaded with meal suggestions which I love and it prints the menus in a nice format that I hang on the board for parents each week.
