I'm so glad she seems to be caught,.. I'm glad she will face punishment. I am so sickened. Physically sickened by what happened. I just hug my day friends tighter when I think of the entire situation.

Thank God! I was following all of the posts about this. It's so tragic that it ever happened in the first place. She deserves life in prison.

Like. A lot. I hope justice is swift.

I'm so glad they caught her. I can't imagine what she thought she was gaining by running away.
I have to admit, I never thought we'd see this woman again; I figured she'd get lost in Nigeria and that would be that! So glad I was wrong.

I heard that her family members "strongly" suggested that she turn herself in. I don't know if this is true or not but it is what our local paper said as well.

I guess her trial started now.
In the story it says she also went shopping at Wal-mart earlier in the day AND told someone at Target that she thought she might have left the burner on at home but instead of rushing home, she stopped at Starbucks!!

Like someone stated in the article, I think it should make absolutely zero difference that she didn't intend to hurt the kids.....
I hope she gets what she deserves.

I still can't believe that someone would do that. How do you leave a house with only children in it, makes no sense. I feel bad when I have to run upstairs because I forgot to replenish the diapers, and it takes me only 30 seconds.

It doesn't matter that she didn't intend for the children to get hurt. She left them unattended, end of story.
BC, nothing will bring those children back. Nothing will restore those parents faith in caregivers again. This woman needs to be in a place where she can never be in charge of anyone, ever, again. Prison seems to be the best place for that, IMHO.
It also doesn't matter that she tried to save the kids. She wouldn't have been in that position had she not left the kids alone in the first place.

OMG I can't even bring myself to read this...I got to the part that said...
"I never got to see my baby again," Dickerson said, tearfully.
I can't read anymore....Let me know what happens to this woman...Hope she fries

She also had a history of lighting fires in her high school. She was a juvenile at the time. It was intentional, I firmly believe. She deserves the most severe punishment possible. Sickening!
