I handed out rate increase letters yesterday.
Handed them the envelope and said, "There is going to be a small rate increase. This letter will explain everything. Let me know if you have any questions." I was reciting this all day just so I wouldn't say too much or the wrong thing lol
Both DCMs just said, "OK"
Of course, they didn't read the letter in front of me so they were not aware of the increase so I am not sure how they feel about it. I saw one of the DCMs at drop off today and she didn't even mention it. I won't see other DCM until Monday.
I am just so glad it's over with!

Congrats! I sent notice this week that I am raising mine too. I was really nervous but DCM was fine with it!
