White Noise Machines

Can anyone recommend a white noise machine?

I actually just use a cheap sound machine from walmart. It was about $20 and has multiple settings. We use the "summer's night" setting.

I don't use a white noise machine for any of my DCK's but my own son uses one and he just uses a free app on his smart phone.

He leaves his phone in the charger for the night with whatever sound he wants playing on.

Easy peasy.

I just use a box fan, they are out within minutes and it's loud enough to cover up little coughs and sounds during nap time.

I use a fan. The room needs some fresh air after lunch and diaper changes

My DD has used this one since birth. We don't use the projection, but the sound is great. We've always used "ocean"

For DCK's, I have an white noise box fan sound clip on my tablet that I play.

We leave it on 24/7 for almost a year now and it still works perfectly.

I plan to get another one so that when the DCK are sleeping I can do things like dishes without worrying that any will wake up. Plus you can hear artillery fire at my house and it can get annoying when you are trying to get kids to sleep.
