Oh heck yeah. I've googled my name and I get a full page of hits that have my daycare information. Since my state has no qualms about making this information publicly available it's just a fact of life.

No I wasn't on it either. Also, one of the girls I know that was on it, their information was totally wrong. They only had her name particially correct!!!

I'm on there if I search using my zip code but don't have a rating. My capacity is incorrect. They have me listed as allowed 6 kids but I am allowed 7 now that my DS is old enough to legally not be a part of my count.

Yes, and I try to manage it as much as I can. There are other Michael Castello out there but luckily I registered MichaelCastello.com so I won't get confused with someone else. The other Michael Castello will have to deal with my google/internet resume for a while.

my info is not on that site - looks like they only have a handful of the centers in my zip code on there.
But of course my personal info is online - I want/need people to find my daycare!! I have a website and list my name and usually just the name of my development. I try not to list my exact address but even that is avail with a little searching since the sale of homes is public info.
I try to list myself with sites like daycare.com so I do come up in peoples searches for daycare in my area. Still doesn't work all the time.

maybe different states have different rules about it but even our CCR&R agency doesn't list providers on their site. I always wished they would!!Maybe they just started with my state. Everyone in my area is on there.
