Class A Information Sharing
Hi, my wife and I have two class A centers in Louisiana. I would like to open up this thread to share information with other group centers. We are licensed for 149 and 62 children and keep 6 weeks - 12 years old. Since buying the first center in 2008 we have made changes to the business side to make the overall profitability increase. I am interested in sharing these and bouncing any other ideas around.
The bottom line is important, but the quality of care is just as important to us both.
