How often do you all renew contracts? Annually? or only when their is a change to the contract?

I have parents re-sign and update ALL forms yearly.

Covers my butt whether required or not.

Should do it annually, but only do it when something changes.

This. Also when I make any changes during the year. Here licensing requires that we inform families in writing (and give updated revised parent handbook with changes) a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the change.
