I'm sure some of you have bought and sold homes while doing DC and I have some questions for you! My DH and I are nearing our savings goal for starting the whole house buying process. We wanted to put away some savings before we even started looking or seriously thinking about it so we don't know much about they whole process yet.

After seeing some topics here about insurance and HOA problems I'm wondering in your experience if there are any "problems" that I should expect or be on the look out for when it comes to the whole house buying situation. Or if is there anything that I can expect to have issues with because of my DC? I'll admit we're totally noobs at this house buying stuff, so I'm trying to plan for any issues that we could run into, especially ones that have to do with my DC business as i plan to continue in our new home.
