Another thread had me thinking! What type of interview process do you have potential families go through? I've seen some do a 3 interview process which include email, phone, and in person interviews, some just do an in person interview, what works best for you?
Also, what questions do you ask the parents for any of the different types of interviews? I know some basic questions and I know it seems like a no brainer on what to ask, but I have never had to interview anyone before.
