Anyone know where I can purchase a toddler swing?

Oh gosh! I just looked on Menard's website and there's one in my store here in town 
Do you know anyone handy? Could someone perhaps build you one?
Or do you know anyone in the central Wisconsin area who could come to the store here in my town to get it?
